Wenn die Geburtstage im MySQL DATE Format gespeichert sind:

SELECT * FROM table
WHERE MONTH(column)>MONTH(NOW())
OR
(MONTH(column)=MONTH(NOW())
AND DAYOFMONTH(column)>DAYOFMONTH(NOW()))
ORDER BY MONTH(column), DAY(column) ASC
